Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with customers regarding products and services using email and phone platforms
- Full range of billing and collections duties
- Negotiating and completing order requests as needed
- Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently
- Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments
- Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs
- Full range of repair resolution duties
Qualifications

- Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office
