Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with customers regarding products and services using email and phone platforms
  • Full range of billing and collections duties
  • Negotiating and completing order requests as needed
  • Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently
  • Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments
  • Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs
  • Full range of repair resolution duties

Qualifications

  • Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude

  • 18 Years of age or older
